Smelly Urine Male Smelly Hamster? (male)?

Smelly hamster? (male)? - smelly urine male

I woke up this morning and I took my hamster to say hello, and I thought it smelled really bad, a kind of musk / odor of urine. I've never noticed this before, and I change his cage once a week, and his throw all three days, so I think it is clean. No idea what that is?
