Dizziness, neck/jaw pain--need relief!!!!? - neck pain vertigo

I have suffered 2 herniated discs in the neck a little, temporomandibular joint syndrome, and is dizzy. What happened in the past 2 years or more. I went to several doctors, none of which has helped me, and had several diagnoses, including dizziness. My orthopedist did not think that these symptoms are related. Pain in the neck and jaw are mostly in my left, I had a nerve conduction study and has been the diagnosis of radiculopathy. Because of pain and stress are not trying to provide for relief, I'm in a knot around my collarbone and shoulder in my left side. I have solutions. There's someone out there can give me some suggestions?
